You'll get 'em coming and go-going wearing this glittery gold swinger! Daring v- neck cropped top is trimmed in gold tinsel fringe. This outfit was shown by Cedrick's in the mid-sixties at the height of the "Beach Party" movie craze. Rumor has it that it was a modeled after the fringed dresses Candy Johnson, "Miss Perpetual Motion" wore in those films. Curiously, these '"Get Up and GO GO" sets were advertised as coming in "Candy Colors" (such as green, red, turquoise and pink).
Please note: The fringe on this outfit is vintage and really feels like it would have been sewn on a doll's dress from the 1950s and 1960s. It is perfectly imperfect!
This doll is one-of-a kind and comes fully dressed in a glamorous gold cropped top and skintight turquoise blue capri pants both trimmed with gold fringe. She has midnight blue cat eyeliner, light blue eyeshadow and hypnotic purple-pink lips. Her accessories include gold coin earrings, charm bracelet with turquoise colored stone, gold ribbon in her hair, gold fringe clutch purse, gold shoes and some sticky gems for her navel. Outfit top sewn by Tania Lawrence, Bottoms by Aleida Ortiz and accessories by Mr. B.
