In the 1960s Emilio Pucci was a household name. Though designing for years, his clothes were now being photographed on Hollywood’s most famous starlets. His relaxed, casual, and lightweight fabrics were popular in America because they were in-line with American sportswear, but the prints and patterns were fabulously Florentine. Since Cedrick’s was known for its designer knockoffs, they had a little fun and named their new Pucci-inspired prints “Fucci” as a whimsical play on faux-Pucci.

This doll is one-of-a-kind and comes fully dressed in a glamorous glamourall with fringed overskirt. Fabiola has a flocked head with a gorgeous choppy wig created by @mylovelypoppyparker (on insta). She has gold hoop earrings, multicolored boots, gray clutch and matching headscarf. Outfit sewn by Aleida Ortiz. She has rare blue eyes.

Fabiola's face is hand-painted then sprayed with a matte finish. Her body is hand buffed, then a wash of bronzer is added to some areas. She is then highlighted in fine glittery gold dust and is sealed with a gloss finish for extra glow. Her custom box is reminiscent of perfume packaging of the 1950s. The back of her box includes her bio. Series 1 is limited to 300 dolls and her number in that series is listed at the bottom of the box. A simple acrylic stand is also included.
Fabiola is approximately 11.5" tall. She is a pin-uppity glamour doll for the adult collector and is not a toy. She is one of a kind and should be treated as a work of art.
